Community Guidelines
Rules, privacy, event submission standards, moderation policy, copyright process, and community safety guidance for Ashgabat Events.
Last updated: October 2026. This page may be updated as Ashgabat Events grows.
- Ashgabat Events is an information platform, not the organizer, venue, ticket seller, security provider, or sponsor of listed events.
- Guests may browse events, reserve free places where an organizer offers this, and use the moderated quick-submission form without an account. Every submitted event is reviewed before publication.
- You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, reserve a place, submit an event, or manage an organizer profile.
- Political gatherings, religious gatherings, alcohol-focused events, adult or explicit content, unsafe activities, illegal content, spam, and rights-infringing content are not accepted.
- Users are responsible for activity under their accounts and must not impersonate organizers, venues, institutions, or other people.
- Users must not attack, disrupt, scrape private areas, bypass security, or interfere with Ashgabat Events or its service providers.
- A reservation is a free place hold, not a ticket. The organizer decides capacity and entry, and may change or cancel the event.
- Organizers who receive attendee details may use them only to run that event, must keep them secure, and must not use them for advertising or other messages without the attendee's separate consent.
- People may share event information on their own platforms when they link back to the event page or Ashgabat Events, but protected descriptions, images, posters, logos, or bulk data should not be copied without permission or another lawful basis.
- Users must verify event details directly with the organizer or venue before attending.
- Anyone who submits an event must have permission to submit the event information and any uploaded images.
Important safety note
Ashgabat Events is an information center only. We do not organize events, control venues, guarantee event accuracy, or take responsibility for what happens at a venue. Always verify details with the official organizer or venue before attending.
01 / Terms & Conditions
Using Ashgabat Events
These terms explain what Ashgabat Events is, who may use it, and what responsibilities remain with organizers and attendees.
Ashgabat Events is a local event information and discovery platform for Ashgabat and related communities in Turkmenistan. The official channel for questions about the service, including privacy and data requests, is the Contact page.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an event with or without an account, reserving a place, saving an event or marking it as "going", following an organizer, requesting or managing an organizer profile, claiming an event, uploading content, or contacting Ashgabat Events, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and the rules on this page.
Ashgabat Events may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. The current version and its date are published on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated rules. Before you submit or edit an event, you are asked to confirm that you accept the current version, and a record of the version you accepted is kept. If you do not agree with the current rules, stop using the website and do not submit events or other content.
Ashgabat Events is provided as a free service. Some verified organizers let people reserve free places for their events through the website. A reservation holds a place; it is not a ticket, a purchase, or a guarantee of entry. Ashgabat Events does not process payments, sell tickets, or handle refunds. If an organizer charges for an event or sells tickets, that happens outside Ashgabat Events and under the organizer's own terms. Paid organizer accounts and paid promotions are not offered. Future paid features may be introduced under additional terms.
The rules on this page are governed by the laws and public requirements applicable in Turkmenistan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Users and organizers remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, venue rules, safety rules, permissions, and official requirements.
- Users must provide accurate account, event, and reservation information.
- Users may not create duplicate, fake, misleading, automated, or impersonating accounts.
- You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, reserve a place, submit an event, follow organizers, or request, own, or manage an organizer profile. Users aged 15 to 17 may submit events only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, organization, or responsible adult connected to the event. Ashgabat Events does not check ages, so users are responsible for following this rule.
- Submitting an event does not guarantee publication.
- A guest submission does not create an account, prove organizer identity, or grant event-management, reservation, attendee, or organizer-profile access. Claiming a published guest event requires a separate, explicit verification step described in the Privacy Policy.
- Ashgabat Events may reject, edit, archive, remove, or moderate content at its discretion.
02 / Accounts & Security
Account responsibility and technical use
Users are responsible for their accounts, links, and entry codes, and must not misuse the website or interfere with its technical systems.
You can sign in with your email address or username and your password, or with Google. Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure. Actions taken through a user account may be treated as actions of that user. Contact Ashgabat Events if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Users must not create duplicate, fake, misleading, automated, or impersonating accounts, and must not pretend to represent an organizer, venue, institution, company, or person unless they have the right to do so.
Users must not attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, reverse engineer, bypass security, access restricted areas, introduce malware, scrape private areas, or interfere with the normal operation of Ashgabat Events, its users, or its service providers.
Some links and codes work like keys. Anyone who has the management link from a guest reservation email can see that reservation, show its entry code, and cancel it. Anyone who has an entry QR code, including a screenshot of it, can use it at the door until the reservation is cancelled. An event claim link works for 14 days and only together with an account whose verified email address matches. Keep these links and codes private.
- Do not share your login with anyone. If others help run your organizer profile, add them as team members so each person uses their own account.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse forms, accounts, reservations, contact pages, or submission systems.
- Technical abuse may lead to content removal, account restriction, blocking, or other protective measures.
03 / Information Platform Only
We are not the event organizer
Ashgabat Events helps people discover events and reserve places. It does not control what happens at events.
Ashgabat Events is not the organizer, host, sponsor, ticket seller, venue, security provider, transport provider, or official representative of any listed event unless this is expressly stated in writing. Organizers, including verified organizers, are independent of Ashgabat Events.
We do not control and are not responsible for event safety, quality, legality, cancellation, changes, pricing, availability, refund policy, venue conditions, admission decisions, organizer conduct, attendee conduct, or real-world circumstances at any event.
Event information comes from account holders, organizers, guest submitters, and the Ashgabat Events team, who may also add events from public sources such as official announcements. Listings are reviewed before publication, but Ashgabat Events does not guarantee that event information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
When an event uses reservations on Ashgabat Events, the website provides the reservation tool: it records reservations, sends confirmations, issues entry codes, and gives the organizer attendee-list and check-in tools. The organizer decides capacity, booking dates, entry, changes, and cancellations, and is responsible for the event, for admitting attendees, and for the attendee data they receive.
- Before attending, verify the date, time, location, price, age rules, tickets, and cancellation status directly with the organizer or venue.
- Users attend events at their own risk.
- Corrections can be reported through the Contact page.
04 / Reservations
Reserving a free place
How reservations work, what you agree to when you reserve, and what to expect from the organizer.
When an organizer turns on registration for an event, you can reserve free places with or without an account. Give your real name and an email address you control. Each email address and each account can hold one active reservation per event date, for up to the organizer's per-booking limit of places for yourself and the people coming with you. Places are given in the order reservations arrive. The organizer decides capacity, when booking opens and closes, which questions to ask, and who is admitted.
If you reserve while signed in, the reservation uses your account email, is linked to your account, and also marks the event as "going" on your account. If you reserve as a guest and later sign in to an account whose verified email address is the same, your guest reservations are added to that account automatically, and their guest management links stop working; you then manage them from your account.
Guests receive a private management link on screen and by email. Anyone who has this link can see the reservation details, show the entry code, and cancel the reservation, so treat it like a password. If you lose it, you can request a new link for the same event and email address; the new link replaces the old one. Each reservation also has an entry QR code that covers all of its places. Show it only to event staff and do not post or share it: a copy or screenshot keeps working until the reservation is cancelled. Scanning the code checks in the whole reservation at once, and the organizer can see who has arrived and when.
You can cancel a reservation for free until the cancellation deadline. That is the organizer's cancellation deadline if one is set; otherwise, the time booking closes; otherwise, the event start time recorded when you reserved. Account holders cancel from their reservations page, and guests from their management link. A cancellation takes effect at once, releases your places, and cannot be undone; to attend after cancelling, you must reserve again, if registration is still open and places remain. After the deadline, contact the organizer directly. If you can no longer attend, please cancel so the place can go to someone else.
Organizers may cancel individual reservations or all reservations for an event, and may change or cancel the event itself. Ashgabat Events does not currently send emails when a reservation is cancelled, by you or by the organizer, or when an event changes. Account holders can see a cancelled status on their reservations page, and a guest's management link stops working when the organizer cancels. Before you go, check the event page and confirm the details with the organizer.
- Do not make reservations you do not intend to use, reserve under another person's name or email address, or resell or transfer reservations.
- A reservation is an arrangement between you and the organizer. Ashgabat Events is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or refusal of entry by the organizer.
- Cancelling your reservation also removes the "going" mark from your account. A reservation cancelled by the organizer leaves the mark; you can remove it yourself on the event page.
05 / Organizer Accounts
Organizer profiles, teams, and attendee data
Rules for organizer profiles, verified badges, organizer teams, and everyone who handles attendee details.
Signed-in users who organize public events in Ashgabat can request an organizer profile for themselves, a venue, an organization, a company, or a collective. You may have one open request at a time, and a user can belong to only one organizer profile. To verify you, Ashgabat Events may ask you to confirm through its Instagram account or the Contact page that you control the profile and organize its events. Ashgabat Events decides on each request and may reject one without giving a reason.
A "Verified" badge means Ashgabat Events manually confirmed that the person or group controls the organizer profile and genuinely organizes the events on it. No documents are checked. The badge does not confirm legal or company status, permits, safety, event quality, or how the organizer handles attendee data, and it is not an endorsement or partnership. Events from verified organizers are still reviewed before they go live.
Organizer profile content, including the name, descriptions, links, logo, and cover image, is public, may appear in search engines, and changes as soon as you save it, without review first. It must follow the same rules as event submissions: be accurate, not impersonate anyone, not contain prohibited, misleading, or rights-infringing content, and not publish other people's personal data. If you publish a profile as an independent organizer, that information is about you personally, so include only what you are comfortable making public. Ashgabat Events may edit, hide, or remove profile content at any time.
The owner of an organizer profile can add up to four managers by username or email address. Managers are added immediately, without an invitation, and can do almost everything the owner can: edit the profile, submit and edit events, manage registration, see, download, and print attendee lists, cancel reservations, and check people in. Only the owner, or an administrator, can add or remove team members. Team members can see each other's usernames. The owner is responsible for who they add and for the team's use of the profile and attendee data.
Organizers who turn on registration receive attendees' names, email addresses, number of places, any phone number their form asks for, and their answers. By turning on registration, the organizer agrees to use this information only to run that event, such as confirming places, admitting people at the door, and informing attendees about changes to or cancellation of that event; to keep it secure and share it only with people who help run the event; not to sell, rent, publish, or hand it to anyone else; and to delete downloaded or printed attendee lists within 30 days after the event. Ashgabat Events cannot delete or update copies kept outside the website.
Organizers must not send attendees advertising, newsletters, or messages about other events unless the attendee separately agreed to receive them; add attendees to mailing lists, chats, or messenger groups without their consent; contact attendees for purposes unrelated to the event; or combine attendee details with other lists.
Registration questions must ask only for what the event needs. They must not ask for identity or passport numbers, payment or bank details, passwords, religious or political views, ethnic origin, or other sensitive information, and must not ask about other people. Health or allergy questions are allowed only when they are needed for attendees' safety at that event, such as at sports or food events. Question text and answer options are public, so do not put personal information in them.
Ashgabat Events may remove verification from, suspend, or delete an organizer profile, turn off its registration, remove its registration questions, or change its owner if these rules are broken, the profile is inactive or disputed, or there is a legal, safety, or data-protection concern. This may happen without advance notice. A suspended or unverified profile is hidden from the public and cannot accept new reservations. While a profile is suspended, its owner and managers also cannot see, download, print, or check in its attendees, change its registration, or cancel its reservations; existing reservations stay valid, and attendees can still see and cancel their own. If a profile is deleted, its events may stay published without the organizer link. If you think a decision is a mistake, contact us through the Contact page.
- Use only trusted, locked devices for check-in: the check-in screen loads attendee names, email addresses, and phone numbers onto the device. Downloads of attendee lists are logged.
- If you delete your account while you own an organizer profile, the profile and its events may stay published without an owner until Ashgabat Events assigns a new owner or removes it. Contact us first if you want ownership moved or the profile removed.
- Do not try to inflate follower numbers with fake or automated accounts.
06 / Privacy Policy
How personal information is handled
What Ashgabat Events collects, who can see it, which service providers help run the website, and what is stored in your browser.
For accounts, Ashgabat Events stores your email address, username, sign-in data, language and email preferences, the version of these rules you accepted and when, your saved events, the events you marked as "going", the organizers you follow, your in-app notifications, your submitted events and uploaded images, and, if you choose to save them in Settings, a name and phone number used to fill in reservation forms. If you sign up with Google, your username is created from the part of your email address before the "@", and the name on your Google account, if Google provides one, is saved to your account. You can change your username in Settings. Your username is not shown on public pages; administrators can see it, and so can members of an organizer team you belong to.
When you reserve a place, Ashgabat Events collects your name, email address (your account email if you are signed in), the number of places, a phone number if the event's form asks for one, your answers to the organizer's questions, and your language. Phone numbers are not verified. These details are shared with the event's organizer, meaning every owner and manager of that organizer profile, and with Ashgabat Events administrators. If you reserve while signed in without entering a name, your saved name or username is used as the reservation name. Registration details saved in Settings are visible only to you and are shared with an organizer only when you make a reservation.
To request an organizer account, you give a name, organizer type, a description, and optional website, Instagram, and Telegram links. Verification messages you send on Instagram are handled by Instagram under its own terms. Verified organizer profiles are public.
A guest event submission collects the structured event details, one poster, the selected language, a private submitter email, the accepted rules versions and declarations, and technical security signals needed for bot protection and rate limiting. The public event contact or registration information in a guest submission is event content and may be published after approval. The private submitter email is used only for moderation and service communication; it is not copied into public event content or displayed on the event page.
A guest poster is stored privately while the event awaits moderation and is not publicly readable before approval. If the event is approved, the reviewed poster may be copied into public event storage for the listing, while the private staging copy is retired.
Ashgabat Events emails a guest submitter the moderation decision. If the event is published, that email includes a private claim link that works for 14 days. Entering an email address does not link a submission to an account on its own: to claim the event, you must open the link while signed in to an account whose verified email address matches the one you gave. You can request a fresh link from such an account, and it replaces the earlier one. Claiming lets you find the event in your dashboard and request edits, which are reviewed before they go live. It does not create an organizer profile, a verified badge, or access to reservations.
Ashgabat Events administrators can see account details including email addresses, submissions including private submitter emails, organizer requests, and reservations, and use this access to moderate content, verify organizers, and handle support and safety requests. Organizers see reservation details only for their own events. Other people see only the total numbers of "going" marks and followers, never who made them.
Ashgabat Events sends service emails needed to use the website: sign-up confirmations, password resets, reservation confirmations, reservation link recovery, decisions on event submissions and organizer account requests, and guest submission decisions with a claim link. Decision emails about your submissions and organizer requests are on by default and can be turned off in Settings. Event reminders are off by default; if you turn them on, you may receive a reminder the day before an event you marked as "going". You can choose your email language in Settings. Ashgabat Events does not send marketing emails. Following an organizer gives you in-app notifications when it publishes new events; no email is sent for these.
Ashgabat Events uses these service providers to run the website: Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage, hosted in the European Union); Vercel (website hosting, request routing, and scheduled jobs, plus Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page visits and measure loading performance without cookies and identify visitors only by a hash that resets every day); Resend (email delivery); Cloudflare Turnstile (a security check on the contact form, the guest event form, and guest reservation forms; Cloudflare sees your IP address, and for guest event submissions the server also passes it to Cloudflare to verify the check); Upstash (short-lived rate-limit counters); and Google (its sign-in script loads on the sign-in and sign-up pages, and if you continue with Google, Google processes that sign-in and Ashgabat Events receives your verified email address and, if provided, your name). When events or organizer profiles are published or updated, their public web addresses may be sent to search engines through IndexNow. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Ashgabat Events does not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, session recording, or third-party error tracking.
Service providers store and process data outside Turkmenistan. The main database is hosted in the European Union, and other providers may process data in other countries.
Like any website, the hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages. To stop abuse, Ashgabat Events turns your IP address, and for some forms your email address or account ID, into a one-way code (a hash) that is used only for short-lived request counters, which expire within a few hours.
Ashgabat Events itself sets one cookie, ae_lang, which remembers the language of the pages you open or choose, for one year. Your browser's local storage keeps your sign-in session until you sign out or it expires, and a few preferences, such as the event list layout and whether you have answered the reminder prompt. When you open an event claim link, the claim code is kept for up to 24 hours while you sign in. Ashgabat Events does not use advertising cookies. Google sign-in and Cloudflare Turnstile run under their own policies and may use their own browser storage. Clearing your browser data removes these items and signs you out.
At the entrance, organizers may scan your entry code with their device's camera. The code is read on their device only, and no images are uploaded. The website never asks for your microphone or location.
Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not visible to Ashgabat Events. Contact form messages are not stored in the website database: they are delivered by email to the Ashgabat Events inbox and kept there as long as needed to handle the request.
Ashgabat Events may preserve, review, disclose, or provide account, submission, reservation, contact, technical, or security information when required by applicable law, lawful request, court order, official authority, safety concern, rights protection, fraud prevention, or platform security need.
- We collect only the information needed to operate the service.
- We do not ask users to submit sensitive personal information in event listings.
- Published events, posters, and organizer profiles are public and may be listed and cached by search engines. Private submitter emails, reservation details, and contact messages are not displayed publicly.
07 / Retention & Deletion
How long data is kept and how to delete it
Automatic deletion periods, what deleting your account removes, and what may remain.
Rejected or withdrawn event submissions are deleted 5 days after review, and archived events 5 days after they are archived. Administrator activity logs are kept for 14 days. In-app notifications are deleted after 60 days. Unused images are deleted from storage after at least 24 hours, but copies may stay in network caches for up to 30 days.
About 90 days after an event ends, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and answers are removed from its reservations automatically; if the event has been deleted, this happens about 90 days after the start time recorded when the reservation was made. A reservation record without contact details remains for statistics: the number of places, the reference code, the check-in status, and, for reservations made while signed in, a link to the account until the account is deleted. Check-in history, including who checked a reservation in and any reason given for undoing a check-in, and logs of reservation actions are deleted after 90 days.
Unfinished guest uploads are deleted when their upload window expires. Rejected or duplicate guest submissions are deleted after a five-day moderation grace period. Still-pending guest submissions are deleted 30 days after their event date. For converted guest submissions, the private submitter email is erased 90 days after the published event ends, or 90 days after conversion if the event no longer exists. Private posters are removed after conversion, after the submission is deleted, or when they are no longer linked to anything; non-personal legal and moderation records may remain.
Events are removed from listings, search, and the sitemap once they end. The event page itself stays available at its address as a past event, hidden from search engines, unless the event is archived or removed. It may still appear in the organizer's profile history and in links from emails and calendar entries.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. It permanently removes your account and profile, saved events, "going" marks, organizer follows, notifications, saved registration details, organizer team membership, and organizer account requests, and it deletes your pending and rejected event submissions. Your reservations for future events are cancelled, and the organizer is not notified by email. Names, contact details, and answers are removed from all reservations linked to your account, past and future.
Events you submitted that were already approved stay on the website without a link to your account, including their past-event pages, together with the record of the rules version you accepted when you submitted them, which is kept as proof of permission to publish. Public details you entered in an event, such as an organizer name or contact details, are not removed automatically; to have them removed, contact us through the Contact page. Organizer profiles you owned stay online without an owner until an administrator reassigns or removes them.
Some copies may remain for a limited time after deletion: in service providers' backups and delivery logs, in emails already sent, and in attendee lists an organizer has already downloaded or printed. These are handled under the providers' own retention rules or by the organizer.
You can also contact Ashgabat Events through the Contact page to request correction, deletion, or review of personal information where applicable.
- Reservation contact details and answers: removed about 90 days after the event ends.
- Reservation and check-in logs: 90 days. In-app notifications: 60 days. Administrator activity logs: 14 days.
- Rejected or withdrawn submissions and archived events: 5 days.
08 / Event Submission Rules
What can and cannot be submitted
Event submissions should be useful, lawful, family-safe, and suitable for a public Ashgabat event guide.
Account holders, organizers, and guest submitters may submit ordinary social, cultural, educational, sports, wellness, business, creative, family-friendly, and community events if the event information is accurate and the submitter has permission to submit it.
Public-space events such as walks, running groups, football games, outdoor yoga, picnics, photography walks, or community meetups may be allowed if they are lawful, peaceful, non-political, non-religious, non-disruptive, safe, and compliant with any required permissions, venue rules, and public order requirements.
Every submitter, whether signed in or using the guest form, must confirm that they have the right or permission to submit the event details and any uploaded image, logo, poster, or other material; that the event is not prohibited; and that they accept responsibility for public-space and venue permissions. Public contact details must be authorized, appropriate, and safe to publish.
Submissions must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, extremist, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, privacy-infringing, rights-infringing, malware-related, harmful, or illegal content. Submissions must not publish personal data of third parties without permission or include information that could endanger people, venues, organizations, or public safety.
- Allowed examples: concerts, workshops, exhibitions, sports, education, wellness, business events, family activities, markets, fairs, and official cultural events.
- Rejected by default: political gatherings, religious gatherings, protests, campaigning, ideological activism, alcohol-focused events, adult or explicit content, gambling, drug promotion, weapons, dangerous instructions, extremist material, personal data of third parties, hate, harassment, malware, scams, fake events, spam, illegal content, or any content that may create legal, safety, or reputational risk.
- Events involving minors, large outdoor activities, unknown organizers, or unclear permissions may require additional review or may be rejected.
09 / Moderation & Community Rules
Reviewed before publishing
Ashgabat Events uses review and moderation to keep the platform useful, safe, and trustworthy.
All events and posters submitted by account holders, organizers, and guests are reviewed by a person before they appear publicly, and edits to published events are reviewed again. Automated checks protect the forms from spam and abuse. Ashgabat Events may add automated or AI-assisted checks in the future, and these rules will be updated when it does.
Verified organizers can update their public organizer profile, logo, and cover image directly. These changes appear immediately and may be reviewed, corrected, or removed afterwards.
Ashgabat Events may approve, reject, edit, format, translate, hide, archive, remove, restore, or permanently delete submissions, listings, images, organizer profiles, accounts, or other content at its discretion, with or without notice, and without obligation to provide a reason.
Ashgabat Events may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, turn off registration, block abusive activity, limit submissions, or apply other protective measures if a user violates the rules, submits unsafe or misleading content, misuses attendee data, abuses the platform, or creates legal, technical, or safety risk.
The moderation standard is conservative: when in doubt, Ashgabat Events may reject, request clarification, or keep content unpublished.
- Do not impersonate organizers, venues, institutions, or other people.
- Do not submit false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, extremist, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, privacy-infringing, rights-infringing, malware-related, or harmful content.
- Ashgabat Events is not required to publish, preserve, investigate, mediate, or explain every submission, dispute, complaint, or moderation decision.
- Repeated abuse may lead to account suspension or termination.
10 / Content, Copyright, AI & Safety
Rights, automated tools, and public-source information
This section explains how uploaded content, copyright reports, automated tools, and public-source event information are handled.
Submitters keep ownership of content they submit. By submitting event information, organizer profile content, text, images, logos, posters, or other materials, account holders, organizers, and guest submitters grant Ashgabat Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, publish, resize, crop, translate, adapt, distribute, and promote that content for the purpose of operating and promoting Ashgabat Events and the relevant event or organizer.
Users confirm that they own or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit uploaded materials. If a copyright owner or authorized representative believes that content on Ashgabat Events infringes their rights, they may report it through the Contact page.
People may share or distribute factual event information from Ashgabat Events on their own websites, social pages, chats, newsletters, or other platforms when they include a link back to the relevant event page or to Ashgabat Events. This permission supports ordinary sharing and attribution; it does not permit bulk copying of the database, copying protected images or posters without rights, or implying partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
The Ashgabat Events name, design, layout, event summaries, categories, formatting, databases, curated lists, logos, code, and platform materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, sold, or reused in bulk without permission, except where allowed by law or for ordinary personal sharing with proper attribution.
Ashgabat Events may use public sources, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to help find, classify, translate, summarize, or check event information. Events found this way are reviewed by a person before they are published. Automated tools can make mistakes and do not guarantee accuracy, legality, safety, or suitability.
When Ashgabat Events uses public-source event information, it should use factual details, short original summaries, source links, and corrected information where appropriate. Full third-party descriptions, articles, images, posters, logos, watermarked media, or protected materials should not be copied unless permission exists or another lawful basis applies.
Uploaded images or posters should be relevant to the event, reasonably clear, non-misleading, and free of unnecessary personal data, hidden advertising, rights violations, unsafe content, flashing effects, or prohibited material.
- Report copyright concerns with the event link, the disputed content, proof of ownership or authorization, and contact details.
- Report inaccurate event information so it can be corrected, hidden, or removed.
- Content from public sources or automated tools may be corrected, rejected, removed, or modified at any time.
11 / External Links & Service Limits
External resources and availability
Event listings may link to external organizers or venues, and the website is provided as an available information service without uptime or accuracy guarantees.
Event listings may include links to organizer pages, venue pages, ticket pages, social media accounts, maps, phone numbers, messenger channels, or other external resources. Ashgabat Events does not control these external resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, privacy practices, safety, services, or changes.
If you add an event to Google, Outlook, or Yahoo Calendar, the public event details are sent to that service when you click. Share links may include short tags (utm parameters) showing that the visit came from a share.
Ashgabat Events is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, permanent availability of listings or reservations, absence of technical issues, or that all information will always be accurate, complete, current, or secure.
Ashgabat Events may change, pause, limit, remove, archive, or discontinue features, listings, categories, accounts, reservations, or technical functions as needed for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, testing, or product development.
- Always verify event details directly with the organizer or venue before attending.
- External links should be treated as third-party resources, not as content controlled by Ashgabat Events.
- Temporary technical problems or missing listings do not create an obligation for Ashgabat Events to provide compensation or alternative services.
12 / Contact, Reports & Takedowns
How to report a problem
The Contact page is the official channel for corrections, complaints, copyright reports, privacy requests, organizer reports, and safety concerns.
Use the Contact page to report incorrect event information, prohibited content, copyright concerns, privacy or data requests, safety concerns, technical problems, or general questions.
Use the Contact page also to report an organizer profile that impersonates someone or that you control, an organizer who misuses attendee contact details, for example by sending spam, or a problem with a reservation. Include the organizer profile or event link and what happened. Questions about a specific event, such as entry or changes, should go to the organizer first.
When reporting an event issue, include the event title or link, the problem, and any details that help Ashgabat Events review the request. When reporting copyright issues, include enough information to identify the disputed content and your authority to make the request.
Source owners may request correction, attribution, limitation, or removal of publicly sourced event information. Reports should include enough detail to identify the event, page, source, disputed content, and the reporting person's authority or relationship to the issue.
Ashgabat Events may review reports, request more information, correct listings, hide content, remove content, or take no action if the report is incomplete, abusive, unsupported, or outside the scope of the platform.
